BESPOKE AND CUSTOM CNC MACHINING SERVICES
Here at QQS we are able to cater for all your CNC machining projects, from one off bespoke designs, to production runs and sub contract machining. We specialise in the manufacture of Billet Aluminium automotive parts, ranging from cosmetic upgrades to enhanced performance modifications and upgrades. We are able to utilize the latest technology in both CNC Milling, Turning, Waterjet cutting and Inspection to cater for both manufacture and design of all projects. SERVICES
CNC MACHINING
We have CNC Milling capabilities up to 2m x 2m - we can machine both 3 and 5 axis parts utilising the latest in CAD/CAM technology - We also offer CNC turning for any round parts such as spacers, shafts etc. These processes allow for maximum precision and top quality surface finishes.
CNC WATER JET CUTTING
In addition to CNC machining, we are also able to offer waterjet cutting for projects up to 4m x 2m in size - This process is ideal for thinner parts, such as signs, shims, badges etc - we can cut pretty much any material you can think of with the waterjet, including plastics, glass and ceramics.
ADDITIONAL FINISHING
(POLISHING, POWDER COATING, ANODISING)
To complement our manufacturing services, we are able to offer additional services to finish your parts in the way you require. We offer polishing of aluminium from brushed finishes through to mirror polishing. We can also provide powder coating and anodising in a range of colours - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
REVERSE ENGINEERING AND BESPOKE MANUFACTURING
Have a custom project you require a little help with? Reverse engineering and bespoke engineering go hand in hand in today's modern era. We have used our equipment to produce various custom engineering pieces here at Quantum. From one of engine bay components, to solutions to owners individual niggles.
